Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,500-square-foot service station / car wash facility; office development; warehouse / distribution facility; and retail development.
**As of October 10, 2024, selection has not been made yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Work consists of a Fleet Service Center - 1,500 sf single-story concrete tilt wall construction. All site related work indicated in the Documents. In addition to all building inspections, contractor shall be responsible for the required Third-Party energy inspections and compliance with 2021 IBC and IECC.
