It is the intent of the Hamblen County Board of Education to install bollards at the specified schools, however the Board reserves the right to award the bids on an site by site basis. Any changes to the bid specifications will be issued through addendum. The approved contractor shall be held liable for any property damage by its equipment and/or employees.
