Prequalifying subcontractors for the Marine Science Center Education Building Additions and Alterations bid located at 100 Lighthouse Drive, Ponce Inlet, Florida. The Education Building Additions and Alterations will enhance the existing environmental learning programs at the MSC. The scope of services shall consist of, but not limited to: 1. Building addition to the west end of the Marine Science Center main building, 100 Lighthouse Drive, Ponce Inlet, Florida, and interior renovations to the MSC main building. 2. Alternate bid construction of an elevated covered quarantine deck addition to be constructed on the northwest side of the main building. 3. Alternate bid construction of a Laundry Building at the Bird Hospital. A pre-bid meeting will be scheduled at a date/time to be determined. All interested Bidders / Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Owner and / or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which are in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Bidder to prepare a Proposal(s) shall be the sole responsibility of the Bidder.
