Renovation of a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This procurement if for an on-call HVAC contractor. There will be multiple jobs assigned as part of this procurement. The total of this contract will not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes. Question Submission Deadline:March 19, 2024, 2:00pm PREVAILING WAGE Contractor shall pay the prevailing rate of wages to all workers, laborers, or mechanics employed in the performance of any part of the work in accordance with RCW 39.12 and the rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and Industries. The schedule of prevailing wage rates for the localities of the work is determined by the Industrial Statistician of the Department of Labo and Industries. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to verify the applicable prevailing wage rate.
