The purpose of this Bid is to secure the services of a contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled electrical support services for Pierce County Planning & Public Works Ferry Division on an as-needed basis. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by purchase order number, addressing scope of work, cost and required time of completion. Work shall be performed in accordance with national, state, and local electrical codes and products shall be installed in accordance with the product manufacturer’s technical specifications. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of small to medium sized projects. The Quantities Shown in This Document Are an Estimate Only, Being Given Only as the Basis for the Comparison of Bids, and the County Does Not Warrant, Expressly or by Implication That the Actual Amount of Work Will Correspond Therewith, the Right to Increase or Decrease the Amount of the Work to Eliminate One or More Items Prior to or Following Award is Reserved by the County.
