This bid is distributed by the City's designated plan distributor, ARC Document Solutions, Inc. Bidding documents for the project are available through ARC Tacoma. Complete PDF Bid Documents are available for viewing and downloading free of charge at the ARC Planwell Website. To access projects, go to ARC's main webpage located at: online. Scroll down to the heading that reads Planrooms and click on the link that reads, "Enter Public Planroom". Use the drop down menu that shows "in all company" and choose City of Tacoma. Scroll down to the desired project and click on the project number located to the left of the project name. This will take you into the ordering page where you can view project documents and order hard copy sets and/or digital files of the project documents. Demolition of the existing building located at 1129 Dock Street within the City of Tacoma. The building slab shall be left in place. Requests for information regarding the specifications may be obtained by contacting Tina Eide, Senior Buyer by email to teide@cityoftacoma.org Prospective bidders must submit questions or clarifications in writing on this form allowing time for a written reply to reach all prospective bidders before the submission of the bids.
