Question Deadline 04/03/2024 Project Scope: The City of Tacoma (City) / Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City needs for 15kV Padmount Switches units. Manufacturers experienced in supply of materials as detailed within this specification over a period of five (5) years or more will be considered responsive. A responsive submittal will demonstrate a record of successful completion of contracts similar in scope and size to that outlined in this specification. The City shall be the sole judge of the Respondent's ability to meet the requirements of this paragraph. In the sole discretion of the City of Tacoma, the City may, without invalidating this Contract, or any part of this Contract, may make reasonable changes to the terms and conditions within the general scope of the Agreement, when such changes are in the best interest of the City.
