AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to release the site visit roster sheet. The site visit was held on May 13, 2024. Attachment for Amendment 0002 includes: Site Visit Roster Sheet The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, supervision, material, equipment, and performing all operations to provide replacement of all sealant, caulking, and backer rod from pre-cast concrete horizontal structure of parking structure at precast double T sections. Work does not include floor level 1 slab on grade locations. The work shall be performed at a parking structure consisting of two above ground levels, located at Great Lakes Naval Station, in Great Lakes, IL. The work shall be performed at Building 7401, Lake Michigan Parking Structure onboard Naval Station Great Lakes (Great Lakes, IL). Solicitation N4008524R2669 Parking Garage Repairs, B7401 NSGL Period of Performance: 365 calendar days Inquiries and questions on this Request for Proposal shall be submitted electronically in writing to Alexandra.k.toth.civ@us.navy.mil and Patriciaann.b.borja.civ@us.navy.mil using the Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) form provided with this solicitation. Please ensure that the PPI form is sent as an Excel spreadsheet, not as a .pdf. All PPIs must be received no later than Monday, May 20, 2024 by 12:00 PM CT. It is the offeror's responsibility to verify that PPIs were received by the Government. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
