The project generally includes grading and parking improvements to the existing Adams Canyon Drive located south of Jackson, Wyoming. Additional improvements include site lighting and abandonment of an existing small wastewater facility for the Emergency Operations Center facility. Award Contract : 4/23/24 Contract Start Date 4/29/24 Project Completion Date 6/30/24 Bid security shall be a bond provided by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or another form of financial guarantee satisfactory to Teton County. Bid Security shall be in an amount equal to 5% of the amount of the bid. Performance and payment bonds shall be required for all construction, major maintenance, or renovation of any public building or other public work or improvement when the contract price exceeds $150,000.00. The financial guarantee shall be 100% of the contract price. It is therefore agreed that said Contractor shall pay to the County, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, $500.00 (five hundred and no/100 dollars) per day The County reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals.
