Construction of a two storey CTE building, reconfiguration of existing CTE space from 2 large rooms to 5 standard size classrooms, construction of new 23 stall parking lot, 4 tennis courts and related improvements. Moellering Field will be renovated to receive new turf, drainage, lighting and restroom facilities. All Respondents must be prequalified by the District in accordance with Public Contract Code & 20111.6. First tier electrical, mechanical and plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified prior to the time subcontractor bids are submitted. PREQUALIFICATION RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 5:00 P.m. ON FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2024. Contractors who are currently prequalified with the district, will NOT need to submit another prequalification response. Any organization that submits a proposal and is not prequalified, will be deemed non-responsive and the proposal will be rejected and returned to the submitting organization.
