Bidder MUST use the enclosed bid envelope cover sheet on the outside of the bid envelope to include license number, expiration date and classification. Wilson County Board of Education is not responsible for the confidentiality of bids inadvertently opened during mailing or receipt thereof. Unsealed Bids will not be accepted. Any bid received after receipt date and time indicated above not be considered. BID OPENING: Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the office of the Wilson County Board of Education, 415 Harding Drive, Lebanon, TN 37087, on the opening date and time indicated above. Responses received after the receipt deadline indicated above will not be considered. The Wilson County Board of Education reserves the right to not only negotiate price but also final terms, shipping or installation in some cases, conditions and scope with low bid. Bids are to be valid for a minimum of 90 days and payment will be made within forty-five (45) days of the date vendor billing is received and signed by the authorized Wilson County Board of Education representative.
