The East Orange Water Commission (EOWC) is seeking proposals for the following service: REPLACEMENT OF DICKINSON WELL #3 (AKA DICKINSON WELL #8) PROJECT The Proposal Form shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid. Check or Surety Company Bid Bond shall be made payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. Proposal is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the Bidder and marked on the outside of the envelope: REPLACEMENT OF DICKINSON WELL #3 (AKA DICKINSON WELL #8) PROJECT All bids must be presented in quadruplicate provided and bids not on the Proposal Forms so provided may be rejected. Appropriately checked literature must accompany each copy of the Proposal Form. Bids will be accepted by mail or may be delivered or presented at the date and time set at the place herein listed above. The City Council / Board of Water Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids due to any defects or for not adhering to the Specifications or for any reason or to waive informalities and accept any bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the City of East Orange. The City Council / Board of Water Commissioners reserve the right to sever and make awards of all or parts of any bids to one or more bidders.
