The City of East Orange (the "City") is issuing this RFQ to assess the qualifications of developers interested in the redevelopment of all or a portion of City Hall Plaza. After reviewing the qualifications of respondents, the City may interview all or certain respondents and request that all or certain respondents submit more detailed development proposals for the redevelopment of City Hall Plaza.
