This Notice is to Inform All SDVOSB S That an Fy24 Air Balancing Services Combined Synopsis/solicitation is Being Posted. This requirement is for an Air Balancing System for both Campuses of the VANH Healthcare System. Lyons Campus, which is 306 acres, was built in the early 1920s with over 30 major buildings and a few smaller outbuildings. East Orange Campus is located on 3 acres with one (1) high-rise building of 13 floors and 12 outbuildings. OBJECTIVES: Provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform air balancing, traverses of air handlers and exhaust systems, and provide related documentation for both campuses PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: This project will be required at both campuses: EAST ORANGE LYONS CAMPUS 385 Tremont Avenue 151 Knowlcroft Road East Orange, NJ 07018-1095 Lyons, NJ 07939 Questions due: 07/03/2024 @ 12:00 PM EST; send to Clifford.Harrison@va.gov PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance for this requirement will need to start on 07/15/2024 to 07/14/2025 for the base year to include four (4) twelve-month option years. SCOPE: It is the intent of this contract to have the vendor Provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform air balancing, traverses of air handlers and exhaust systems, and provide related documentation for both campuses
