Underground Facility Locating and Marking Services The Proposal Form shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34-11 56.25 regulating wages on Public Works, with the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action and with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding the submission of a list of all Stockholders or Partners owning more than 10% stock or interest in their Corporation or Partnership.
