The Quaker Valley Council of Governments and/or Sewickley Heights Borough reserve the right to reject any and all bids, alternates, or parts of bids, and to waive any informality in the proposals received. The project includes Parking Lot reconstruction of a Sewickley Heights Public Works Facility, including, but not limited to, full depth removal of the existing parking lot, bituminous paving and subbase and replacement with aggregate subbase; installation of bituminous wedge curb; installation of Type M Inlets; installation of 15" SLCCP pipe; and miscellaneous site restoration, complete in place. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and meet the work classification codes of E, F, F1, F2, and F3. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached to bid or it will be rejected.
