Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Carteret, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**Bidders must obtain bid documents directly from the Architect** Renovations to Bathrooms and Stairwells at the Columbus School, Middle School and Private Nicholas Minue Elementary School. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24, the bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00 (the "Guarantee"), guaranteeing that if a contract is awarded to the bidder, the bidder shall enter into a contract and will furnish a performance bond or other form of security acceptable to the Board in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the contract.
