Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Carteret, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of Work contemplated for the above named Project includes the installation of timber piles, construction of timber staircase & ramps. construction of fixed concrete pier, installation of drilled shafts, installation of gangways, floating dock , floating donut fender and floating wave attenuator, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All construction activities on this Contract shall be completed within three-hundred and sixty-five (365) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Drilled shafts and piles within waterway shall be installed by in conformance with ACOE permit restrictions. Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Proposal Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of the "Borough of Carteret" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $ 20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The Borough of Carteret reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
