The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid Proposal Not Prepared and Submitted in Accordance With the Provisions of N.J.S. 40a:11-1, Et Seq. (Local Public Contracts Law) as Well as Regulations Set Forth in the New Jersey Administrative Code (Including but Not Limited to N.J.A.C. 7:26h-1 Et Seq., Solid Waste Utility Regulations) and the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.J.S. 10:5-31(Law Against Discrimination), N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 Et Seq. (Affirmative Action) as Well as All Other Applicable Laws. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Minor Informalities or Irregularities in the Proposal Received and to Accept the Bid Which is in the Best Interest of the Borough.
