Gateway Technical College is seeking proposals for This project's scope is to replace the walk-in
cooler/freezer unit in kind. But is not limited to the following:
Provide the demolition and disconnection work required to dismantle, discard, or recycle the
existing unit.
Provide all unloading of equipment and disposal of debris created by this work.
Provide and install a new walk-in refrigerator/freezer unit matching or similar to the 2010
specifications provided.
Provide daily cleanup for all debris created by this work.
Final cleaning of equipment after installation.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Gateway Technical College is a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin primarily engaged
in post- secondary and adult education. Gateway is one of sixteen districts in the Wisconsin
Technical College system. The district consists of Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties with
major campuses located in each county.

apprenticeship programs. We also provide customized training to over 400 business and industry
representative in more than fifty (50) businesses.
