Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gasport, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,920-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Work under this Contract consists of providing and installing a 30x60 pavilionat theRoyaltonRavine Park. Contractor shall submit shop drawings, certifications, catalog cut sheets, andproduct dataforallequipment, components and materials to be installed in the project. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal, payable to the "County of Niagara" as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The County of Niagara, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to make any Contract which it deems to be in the best interest of the County. Questions are due in writing to Shannon Westoven (swestoven@wendelcompanies.com) andNormAllen(Norman.Allen@niagaracounty.com) no later than March 21 2024, at 2:00 PM to be givenconsideration.
