**As of May 13, 2025, this project has been awarded to Malvestuto Construction Inc.  with the bid amount of $744,732.50.** The work consists of replacing the existing bridge, minor stream channelization and slope protection as well as restoration of pavement and turf surfaces. This is a Federal Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2025, as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation's website must be followed by the successful bidder. The DBE goal for this project is: 5% NOTE: Bidders must submit their DBE Participation Commitments on Company Letterhead with the bid. Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Contract Documents, Drawings or Specifications, orshould he be in doubt asto theirmeaning, he should at once notify the Engineer and request an interpretation thereof. Every request forsuch interpretation shall be inwriting addressedto the Engineers and to be given consideration, must be received at least five days priorto the date fixed forthe opening ofthe bids. Ifthe Engineer determines that an interpretation is not required, none shall be given. Failure by the Engineerto reply to a requestshall mean that the contract documents shall be interpreted as if no request had been received. Any and all such interpretations and supplemental instructions will be in writing and will be sent to all prospective bidders who have obtained drawings and specifications at the respective addresses furnished for such purposes, not later than three days priorto the date fixed forsuch opening ofbids. Each written response shall constitute an addendum to the contract documents.
