Description: The work generally consists of removal and replacement of sidewalks, removal and replacement of curb & gutter, installation of new sidewalk, removal and replacement of driveway cuts, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, and installation of new pedestrian lighting, and minor water utility work. The Contractor shall complete all work 150 working days in accordance with the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall select the date that contract time begins for this project, subject to the following conditions: (a) The earliest date shall be May 1, 2024.
