Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Del Norte, Colorado. Working plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; power facility; power facility; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: Provide professional services to extend existing building to the east to create an enlarged dual-purpose Council Chambers/Court Room that adjoins and includes Judges Chambers, Jury Room, Witness Waiting Room, Public Restrooms, and court records storage/filing room. All component rooms as well as existing Town Offices must be lockable and provide privacy from General Public. The new exterior must be similar in quality and visually complimentary to the existing historic building and will include moving existing ground mounted solar array onto the new roof. Utility work will require extended electric service, water, wastewater, exterior lighting, and cooling/heating into new addition. Funding: Project is not fully funded currently and upon receipt of proposals will quickly go out for full funding via granting facilities as needed. Submittal Requirements: Submitters must have done an onsite visit with the Town Administrator for specific Q&E. All proposals must include detailed spec sheets, an approximate project timeline, approximate costs, references, list of similar completed work if available, and any other special requirements needed for the completion of the work that is proposed.
