Wide 1,860 SF Sidewalk Ramp 155.7 SF 6" Concrete Sidewalk, 5 Ft. Wide 128 SF Combined Sidewalk and Retaining Wall 31.9 LF 8" Concrete Sidewalk, 5 Ft. Wide 177 SF 6" Integral Curb 31.4 LF All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond are not required for this project. Provisions for liquidated damages are set forth in the Agreement. Q And A Close28/03/2024 22:30:00 The Work will be substantially completed within _47_ days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within _14___ days from the date when Substantial Completion is certified by the Engineer and in accordance with paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions. Document Note: Copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspection at the office from which they may be obtained and the office of the Contracts & Procurement Division.
