The contractor will provide a din rail mounted fiber patch panel inside the cabinet at the tower location . c. The contractor will provide a fiber optic patch panel inside City Hall. BUILD 2: Eastman Water Tower, 608 E. Loop 281, Longview, Texas B. Eastman Water Tower has an existing outdoor enclosure on the ground. a. The contractor will provide, install, configure, and test 2 strands of single mode fiber optic cabling from this location to City Hall at 300 W Cotton St. b. The contractor will provide a din rail mounted fiber patch panel inside the cabinet at the tower location . c. The contractor will provide a fiber optic patch panel inside City Hall.
