A new Urban Outfitters Warehouse Fulfillment Center (URBN) is being built on the southeast corner of 118th & State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, located within the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (KCBPU) service area. The address is 11681 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66111. It will be 1.56 million square feet of warehouse and office space on an 895,000- square-foot footprint and will be in continuous operation throughout the year. Please submit Intent to Bid to mcobbins@bpu.com by Monday, April 8, 2024 Bid Description: KCBPU is purchasing an overhead, dual, three-phase, medium voltage, engineered spacer cable system (SCS) for installation on a new distribution line along the west side of 118th Street between Parallel Parkway and State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. This includes but is not limited to pole hardware & brackets, messenger wire, spacers, conductors, insulators, engineering assistance, installation equipment and miscellaneous hardware.
