The Hancock County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal. Project Documents Contractor will perform the Work in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with site specific Project Documents provided to the contractor. Project Documents consist of but are not limited to Purchase Order, Construction Drawings and Specifications, Scope of Work, Tower and Foundation Design Specifications, Shelter Design Specifications, equipment and material installation specifications, Geotechnical Investigation Report, 1A letter, FAA Determination, and other related documents provided to the contractor.
