OWNER have decided to extend the submittal date for the Cold Storage Building SOQ to April 18, 2024. We will issue an updated RFQ with revised schedule by end of day Tuesday, April 9. The Council for the City of Findlay, Ohio is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.65, et seq., from firms to provide design-build services for its Cold Storage Building Project. The scope of the Project is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, the construction a 50' x 150' pre-engineered metal building and all associated infrastructure and site work. The building will include drive through bay(s) with overhead door(s). B. The building constructed as part of the Project is anticipated to be used to house snow removal equipment at the City's Airport. C. The drive through bay(s) of the building constructed as part of the Project will be required to accommodate frequent use by the City Airport's snow removal trucks. D.
