All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFQ must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District intends to award this Request for Quotation April 16, 2024, subject to change by the District at its sole discretion. The recommendation shall be posted on the District's website five business days before the award date. This is a requirement for your bid response to be evaluated. Please see Section 6 of the General Bidding Conditions Document. The amount must guarantee 5% of your total lump sum bid, excluding tax. Please note that any surety bond must provide for liquidated damages in the amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid unless the bidder enters into a contract in accordance with the bid and furnishes the required performance security within 10 days of notification of bid award. Submission of a surety bond which provides for payment in the lesser of such amount and any differential between the bid price and the District's cost to procure substitute materials, vehicle(s), equipment and/or supplies, or which contains any other material variance from the terms set forth in the attached Bid Bond Form, shall result in the Bidder's proposal being rejected as non-responsive.
