Explorer Middle School Bid Set 1 - BP-5.1 & BP-5.2 BID PACKAGES DUE: BP-05.1 - STEEL FABRICATION - $1,010,000 BP-05.2 - STEEL ERECTION -$335,000 (Updated Bid Form is in Addendum 4) Bond Notes: BONDS: A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required on all bids exceeding $300,000.
