SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below: Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days (approximately), at the following location(s): 155 Hazard Ave. Suite 4, Enfield, CT. The Contract period of performance for the base year will begin on or around 17 March 2024 and end 16 March 2025. In addition, the government may exercise two (2) option years with the same scope of services. Option year one (1) has a period of performance from 17 March 2025 and end 16 March 2026. Option year two (2) has a period of performance from 17 March 2026 and end 26 February 2027. A pre-work conference shall be completed within 14 days of contract award. All submittals for safety and products to be used shall be submitted within 30 days of contract award. Pre-work conferences may be held in-person or virtually.
