The bid is comprised of the following principal items and approximate quantities 13,500 L.F. of Cleaning and Video Inspection of Sewer Mains 1,500 L.F. of 6 Cured-In-Place Pipe and Appurtenances 1,718 L.F. of 8 Cured-In-Place Pipe and Appurtenances 1,941 L.F. of 10 Cured-In-Place Pipe and Appurtenances 656 L.F. of 12 Cured-In-Place Pipe and Appurtenances 1,500 L.F. of 15 Cured-In-Place Pipe and Appurtenances 183 V.F. of Manhole Rehabilitation with Epoxy Liner Miscellaneous Appurtenances and Work. A cashiers check may be used in lieu of The bond amount should be five percent (5%) of the Contract Bid but in no case more than $10,000. A performance BOND and a payment BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract and as provided in the General Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving of the same. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this Project.
