As of April 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 16, 2024. This project includes the placement ofBituminous Surface Treatment (A-2) with Fog Seal on Cherry Road, located in Na-Au-Say Township in Kendall County. This work shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to thoroughly sweep the road to be fog sealed with a mechanical, rotary-type broom. The sweeping shall be performed to the satisfaction ofthe Engineer and shall be completed no more than 24 hours prior to applying the fog seal. This work shall not be paid for separately but shall be considered incidental to the unit price for the Bituminous Materials (Fog Seal). City/County - Kendall Furn. & Spread - 21,220 Gal. Bit Matl Seal Ct Hfp; 700 Ton Seal Coat Agg Ca-16; 30,315 Sq Yd Bit Matl (Fog Coat). Project Location: Cherry Road Proposals Requiring Prequalification of Bidders Will Be Issued Only to Those Contractors Who Are Qualified With the Department of Transportation.
