Construction of Kennedy Road and Freedom Place Intersection Improvements; which consists of roadway widening and resurfacing along Kennedy Road near the intersection of Freedom Place to install new turn lanes in accordance with the plans, specifications, and all other applicable standards, culvert and storm sewer improvements, and appurtenant work A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of The United City of Yorkville negotiable U.S. Government bond (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The United City of Yorkville reserves the right to reject all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the United City of Yorkville for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the contra Pre-Qualification: Yes
