A Proposal Guarantee payable to the Village of Spring Lake, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Engineer's Estimate: $280,000.00 The right is reserved by the Village of Spring Lake to accept any Proposal, reject any or all Proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of the Village of Spring Lake. Plans and Specifications will be available after 11 a.m. on November 20, 2024 It is anticipated that the Village of Spring Lake may award this Contract at the meeting of January 20, 2025. Accompanying this Proposal is a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the Village of Spring Lake, which it is agreed will be forfeited to said Village of Spring Lake if the undersigned fails to enter into a contract in conformity with the form of contract incorporated herein and furnish the required bonds and insurance as specified within ten calendar days after notification of award. In submitting this Proposal, it is understood that the right is reserved by the Village of Spring Lake to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities in bidding. It is agreed that this Proposal may not be withdrawn for 30 calendar days from the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Village of Spring Lake and the Bidder.
