Spring Lake Public Schools invites qualified contractors to provide proposals for the High School Admin and Fieldhouse AV systems and Video Security System. This work includes: 1. AV systems including Expansion of the Bogen paging system 2. Video Security system update to include new cameras and licensing for the existing Milestone VMS. The Contractor shall pay all costs of the Work including, but not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight, taxes, royalties, patent fees, support facilities, construction equipment, water, heat, utilities, supervision, overhead, and all other items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work. A. Work to be completed as part of this bid will be done at the sites as detailed in the drawings and specifications: B. Access to the sites shall be from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. 1. Arrangements can be made for additional time on site during each day as scheduled with the owner. 2. All work in the classrooms or hallway shall be completed during the summer or during non-school hours. 3. No work activity shall disrupt the regular school day schedule or in any way intrude upon the teaching and administration of students.
