Site work and paving for a civil project in Spring Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2750 feet of 8 wide HMA pathway 80 feet of 12 Storm Sewer Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Spring Lake Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier check payable to Spring Lake Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall have final completion by November 15, 2025. Doc Note : Prein&Newhof Plan Room members who want to purchase the hard copy of the drawings only, may do so for $24.00 dollars. A $20.00 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded. Contract documents may be examined online .
