Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spring Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Theater Fixture Upgrades All questions regarding the bidding procedures and specifications are to be directed to David Miller, Owners Representative at david@stagedirectionconsulting.com and answers will be responded to through the same means. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals, which they feel to be in their own best interest. Spring Lake Public Schools (SLPS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of the following professional lighting equipment. All equipment must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. No installation, programming, training, or other services are being solicited at this time. Proposals must include all costs associated with the delivery of equipment to the Spring Lake High School campus loading dock (specific location to be provided upon award). Partial or substitute shipments will not be accepted unless pre-approved in writing by SLPS. All shipping and freight charges must be included in the proposal pricing. SLPS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process. SLPS will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. Bids will be opened publicly immediately following the close of receiving bids.
