Site work and paving for a civil project in Spring Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 9 ft Precast Concrete Box Culvert Extension 177 ft of Road Widening and Embankment 665 ft of HMA Non-Motorized pathway 325 ft of 12" Storm Sewer 1,290 sft of Small Block Modular Block Retaining Wall Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Spring Lake Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Spring Lake Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall have final completion by November 01, 2025.
