Reference Number 0000265487 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/26 02:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/03/22 02:00:00 PM EDT Ellisdon Corporation, Acting as the Construction Manager on Behalf of Defense Construction Canada (Dcc), is Inviting Bidders to Submit Their Statement of Qualifications to Pre-qualify to Bid on the Eastern Ontario Campus Project. The Project is Located at 3153 Dwyer Hill Road, Ashton, on. This Pre-qualification Process is the First Phase of a Two-phase Procurement Process; the Second Phase is the Tendering Process. During the Tendering Phase, the Pre-qualified Bidders Will Be Invited to Prepare and to Submit Stipulated Price Tenders for Work. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Enter Into a Contract With the Construction Manager Based on a Modified Ellisdon Stipulated Price Subcontract. This Request for Qualification's Document Sets Out the Requirements for the Submission of the Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and Specifies the Evaluation Criteria and Bidder Selection Process for This Phase. Project Description The Dwyer Hill Training Centre (Dhtc) Was Acquired by Dnd in 1992 to Serve a Unit of the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (Cansofcom). Cansofcom is a High- Readiness Organization, Able to Deploy Special Operations Forces on Short Notice to Protect Canadians From Threats at Home and Abroad. The Mandate and Size of Cansofcom and Its Subordinate Units Has Grown Significantly Over the Years, and While Projects Have Been Completed at Dhtc to Support Growth in Personnel as Well as New Equipment and Capabilities, the Infrastructure at the Site is Undersized, in Varying States of Disrepair or is No Longer Suited to the Current Use. The Project Site is Divided Legally Into Three Parcels Which Are Located East of Dwyer Hill Road and Separated by Franktown Road. The Two North Parcels Have an Approximate Area of 46 Hectares, While the South Parcel is Primarily Undeveloped and Consists of Approximately 37 Hectares. Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC, Division 22 and 23) Fire Suppression/Sprinklers (Division 21) Electrical (Division 26) The following related scopes of work will be in future packages: Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Electronic Safety and Security (Division 28), Building Automation (Division 25).
