Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 4/4/24, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 4/16/24 construction of the 2024 Street Improvement Project The work for which proposals are invited consists of concrete curb & sidewalk replacement, pavement milling, base preparation, HMA placement, utility adjustments, guardrail replacement, pavement markings & landscape restoration. All construction is to take place in the Village of Wauconda, IL. Each proposal must be submitted on the proper forms contained in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, payable to the Order of the Village of Wauconda. Mill and HMA overlay with associated base repairs, curb & gutter replacement, sidewalk and detectable warming replacement, driveway replacement, utility adjustment, guardrail replacement, pavement parking & landscape restoration.
