Scope includes but is not limited to the descriptions below. Refer to the documents further details. 1. Wauconda High School: - a. Installation of cooling coils in existing gymnasium air handling units, including associated electrical work. 2. Wauconda Middle School: - a. Replacement of unit ventilators, roof-mounted chiller, and hydronic system pumps, along with associated piping, ceiling, electrical, and DDC controls work. Chiller is being supplied by the Owner, installed by the contractor. 3. Wauconda Grade School: - a. Installation of a fire protection system and associates ceiling and electrical work. 4. Robert Crown School: - a. Replacement existing exterior playground, including demolition, grading, underground storm water work, concrete curbs and paving, fencing, new equipment (supplied by Owner, installed by contractor), and rubber play surface (provided by Owner). - b. Modifications to existing storm water detention system to increase storage volume. - c. Replacement of two roof-mounted chillers and curbs, along with associated hydronic pumps, piping, electrical, and DDC controls work. Chillers and curbs are being supplied by the Owner, installed by the contractor. - d. Replacement of EPDM roofing system at chiller enclosure, including raising thru-wall flashing in existing masonry cavity wall. 5. Cotton Creek School: - a. Replacement existing exterior playground, including demolition, grading, underground storm water work, concrete curbs, asphalt paving, fencing, new equipment (supplied by Owner, installed by contractor), and rubber play surface (provided by Owner). - b. Modifications to existing storm water detention basin to increase volume. - c. Replacement of two ground-mounted chillers along with associated hydronic pumps, piping, electrical, and DDC controls work. Chillers are being supplied by the Owner, installed by the contractor. - d. Upgrading of unit ventilator controls to DDC, including associated electrical work.
