Site work for a civil project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
As of 2/14/25, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded 2/18/25. construction of the Bangs Lake Outfall Improvements Project in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by HMG Engineers, Inc. The work for which proposals are invited consists of 3,980 lineal feet of stream improvements which include a new lake outfall structure, automated weir gate & SCADA control, new storm sewer & box culverts, large block retaining wall, utility relocates, sheet pile retaining wall, tree/vegetation removal, and site wide restoration efforts. All construction is to take place in the Village of Wauconda, IL. Each proposal must be submitted on the proper forms contained in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, payable to the Order of the Village of Wauconda. Question Deadline 11/27/2024-Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
