Site work and paving for a civil project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the Lift Station 5 Reconstruction in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by HMG Engineers, Inc. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the full replacement of the wet well and valve vault with associated gravity sewer and for cemain improvements, new combination pump control/SCADA panel, an air release valve replacement, associated pavement replacement and site improvements. All construction is to take place in the Village of Wauconda, IL. Each proposal must be submitted on the proper forms contained in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent(5%) of the amount of the Proposal, payable to the Order of the Village of Wauconda. Bidder is recommended to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
