The Idledale Water & Sanitation District (Owner) is requesting bids from qualified well drilling contractors (Bidders) for the drilling and development of a new potable water well as described herein: Owner will accept written bids from qualified contractors to provide all required labor, materials, and equipment to drill and develop a new potable water well. In addition, the contractor will be required to perform required water quality sampling for laboratory testing and water production yield testing utilizing air lifting procedures. All construction activities including equipment staging and storage will occur on the Owner s property at 2144 S. Grapevine Road, Idledale Colorado Neither Owner, Owner s Advisor, nor Engineer will be responsible for accuracy of bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than directly through Justin Janca and Idledale Water & Sanitation District. *The bidders have been added.
