Site work and paving for a road / highway in Divide, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work will consist of: Surveying, removal of existing hard surface; R&R existing base course, proof rolling, supply and install Tensar InterAx NX750 geogrid, all per geotechnical report; proof rolling, installation of 4 compacted thickness PG58-28 HMA; removal of existing asphalt intersection aprons, associated shaping activities and installation of 4 compacted HMA intersection aprons; removal of existing hard surface driveway access aprons, installation of 3 HMA driveway aprons and associated shaping activities; shouldering. All interested firms are invited to submit a bid in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the RFB A PRE-BID CONFERENCE is not scheduled. Requests for interpretation, clarification and/or additional information must be received in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., Thursday March 28, 2024. Answers will be provided to all Respondents who have been placed on the official plan holders' list in the Teller County Public Works no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday April 01, 2024.
