Reference Number 0000346128 Job Location: Gunnison, Colorado The City of Gunnison, Colorado is requesting bids for 2024 Lean-to Remodel to include the enclosure of an existing storage structure at the City of Gunnison Public Works facility located in Gunnison, Colorado. The work generally includes earthwork, concrete footings and slab, framing, metal siding, doors, finishes, and other appurtenances. Please refer to RFB documents for details. The Project is located in Gunnison Colorado at the City of Gunnison Public Works facility located at 1100 W. Virginia Ave. The Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract and generally includes earthwork, concrete footings and slab, framing, metal siding, doors, finishes, and other appurtenances. The Contract provides a list of applicable plans and specifications. The 2015 International Building Code is the governing code. The building type is a V-B with an S-2 Low Hazard Storage Occupancy. This project shall be substantially completed no later than October 1, 2024.
