Site work for a civil project in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: Installation of a 12-inch diameter PVC fish return pipe from the Root River Steelhead Facility to the Root River. The work includes approximately 95 linear feet of schedule 40 PVC pipe, a concrete pipe anchor, a pipe stand, excavation and back filling, erosion control, dewatering and site restoration. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements
