Renovation of a detention facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The replacement of ceilings and all lighting components in 2 of the 3 food service areas at RYOCF. Both of the food service areas require ceiling replacements as they are damaged from years of neglect. The existing lights will be replaced with LED. Trades include General, Mechanical and Electrical. This work is located within a secure setting. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017.
